Loviisalainen painija-runoilija Jorma Mällinen kirjoitti tämän runon Loviisan rauhanfoorumille Hiroshiman päivänä 8.6.2008.

Toivon kaikille sisäistä sielumme rauhaa,
ei tarvitse silloin kantaa mukana surunauhaa,
vaikka ympärillämme maailma pauhaa.

Tahtoisin olla meidän kaikkien kuin
kultaisessa suuressa kauhassa,
kanssa muiden kanssaeläjäin -

Ei siinä kauhasta kuvitellusta turvaa
puutu, ei siellä kukaan toiselle suutu
eikä luonnekkaan kellään muutu.

Saamme katsella sieltä maailman ääriin
kera yhteisen rauhan jyvän
soi puhtaana sielumme sydän.

twenty years
what’ve you done so far
you and your mighty mindset rigidity
that reeks of pugnacity
have buried my dignity alive twice
if i were you
i would have slashed my face with the bayonet
with which you skewered that child soldier
with a deafening ‘CHARGE!’

twenty years
what’ve you achieved so far
save entrenching yourself in that trench
that smells of your enemies’ stench
thou spake democracy
thou sounded hypocrisy

twenty years
you shouldn’t be proud of your paranoia
what’ve you got so far
nothing but you and your mighty mind-numbing mediocre propaganda
nothing but you and your spy stories
nothing but you and your rhetoric shit
with which i’ve been fed
as if i were a cowed circus tiger

twenty years
two hundred thousand tears
fifty million fears
you have hurled at my complacency

morphine, metatheory, metta

eurooppa elävineen ja kuolleineen/
pyörii ympärillämme, tämä on jalkojen painama elbe/
likaoja tasavaltojen välissä, maanosat/
vihdoin murtuneet ja minulla aikaa sinulle, tuon/
romukaupasta noppapelin, kirjoitan rasian kylkeen/
sinun nimikirjaimesi, minun nimikirjaimeni//

sillä sinä olet kaikki maailman rikokset, haluan tehdä kanssasi kevään/
viskinpolttamat ovimiehen kasvot kun ojennan hänelle viimeiset rahamme//

me nukumme uima-altaan pohjalla ja kun on aamu/

Ville Hytönen (s.1982) on Savukeidas Kustannuksen kapteeni ja esikoisrunoilija. Hän on kotoisin Porvoosta ja asuu Turussa. Hytösen runoja on julkaistu useissa kulttuuri- ja kirjallisuuslehdissä sekä vuosikirjoissa, kuten MotMotissa, Tuli&Savussa, Parnassossa, Kerberoksessa, Peilikuvassa, Reviirissä, Uusien kirjoittajien kirjassa sekä Fenixissä. Hytönen sai kunniamaininnan J.H. Erkon kilpailussa vuonna 2005.
